You need a PSP that already has CFW on it.
Otherwise, you need GTA or Lumines, which isn't the best way to go.

The easiest way to go other than using a PSP that already has CFW on it would be the Pandora Method.
After you have CFW on one PSP, you can use that PSP to put CFW onto another PSP.
