What does installing 1.50 kernal patch do when finishing upgrading to cfw 3.80 or 3.90m33 before installing the updates for the cfw?

Installing the 1.5 kernel add-on lets you play/use homebrew games/apps that were made for 1.5 firmware

Yes - but there is a migration of software falling off the 1.50 caravan and making the move to 3.xx so as time goes by, it's needed less and less.

Where do you get 3.xx kernel patch? And, do you have to download right popsloader for your cfw? For example, I have 3.80m33 so I have to get popsloader for that cfw?

Dark-AleX - PSP Developer and no Popsloader is built in. You can keep your 3.80 version though if you like.
