How do you make an update.pbp

I'm just going to throw this one out there, but have you considered shooting for just a Plugin for the existing M33 firmware rather than attempting to modify peoples Flash with a firmware update? If the files you are messing with are predominately the POPS files, you'd probably get more support from people if the modifications ran off a Memory stick in the seplugins folder rather than actual flashing. Also, if by chance your firmware modification is simply replacing the POPS prx's with ones from a prior firmware, you have to realize that the Popsloader plugin already does that just fine, and can be set just to work on specific games, hence not breaking support for any games better supported by other versions.

I understand. well heres my reasons:

1: Nobody i know could ever get POPSloader to work, so i decided to do this for those peoples.

2: Many people have Final Fantasy 7 on their psps by either using popsloder or just using 3.71 m33[which i am forced to do....stupid popsloader ]

and 3: Im bored.

okay thats not really a reason, but i am going to make other firmwares for other games, like resident evil, it works best on 3.52 i think? and other games.

Like i was gonna make a Metal Gear Solid Version, but after playing it on 371, 380 and 393, 371 was the best. in 380 and 393 the codex conversations(any conversation for that matter) would start to skip around so i would hear words be spoken that arent supposed to be said for another 5 minutes. There are other games that have problems.

And if you dont think i should, well could you at least beta test it or run the actual firmware so you could get an accurate test?

ahh that sounded like i was forcing something on ya.....sorry bout that. its just my "team" revealed to me that they cant code worth a flip so im trying to find new people. ya not cool.

But anyway..........wwwweeeeelllllllll................ ..um....if anybody can help with anything, whether the update.pbp stuff, or a recovery programmer, or some beta testers, tell me and ill send you the source. Until my birthday, thursday(yay 14! WooT!) i wont be able to provide a slim flash dump. Sorry i only gots a phat. well untill thursday, then its red GOW Slim time!
