Help! Semi Bricked 3.90 m33-3 psp phat

my psp is semi bricked at 3.90 m33-3. I can still get into recovery mode. can somone send me the flash0 files or can i just use an eboot. people have been telling me i can run an eboot at PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP but i dont know what eboot i should run?(1.50, 3.90m33-4, or one of the newer firmwares?)

PB is your answer...and i think sending those files is ilegal..i think.not sure

I dont know anyone with a CFW psp.

Though I've never had to use that type of recovery before, it is my understanding that you can do a restore to Custom firmware by putting the CFW install pbp and the associated files in that folder.

To restore to 3.90 M33, I think you just have to download the original 3.90 M33 release, extract it's eboot.pbp to /GAME/RECOVERY/eboot.pbp, and place the necessary 390.pbp file in the same folder.

Anyone want to confirm or deny this?

the 3.90 m33 EBOOT works and i can get to where it starts the update. but when i put the 3.90 Official Firmware in the same file (RECOVERY) it says it doesnt exist.

I don't want to steer you the wrong way and have this mess up for you, but does the 390.pbp file possibly still have to go in the PSP/GAME/UPDATE folder, instead? Anyone else want to verify/deny that this is right before he does it?
