error 80020148 for downgrading 2.71 ver ta-82

When I was downgrading my psp from 2.71 to 1.5. i ran the hend folder and screen turned blue and then as per insturction i ran 1.5 enabler but gave me "Game could not be started 80020148".....My original psp version was 2.6 ta-82 which i upgraded to 2.71 n now want to downgrade it.....one more question m i running the hend folder correctly, I mean once screen turns blue do i have to switch off the psp and start again i waited long n screen remains blue.....plz help....trying to downgrade since long time

I dont know if anybody noticed but psps that are ver. 2.0 - 2.80 OFW are capable of making a Pandora battery via HEN. This way it is much more simpler and safer than downgrading to 1.5, then up to 3.52 then -4, then ect.....

Anyways back to your problem, I find using 2.80 henD much stable than 2.71 hen. SO you might want to consider upgrading to 2.80 and use 2.80 henD and the 2.80 downgrader.

Thanks for the suggestion....but it is after serching on google and reading thru lot of forum....i posted my qurery....I m not a techie guy thou.......anyways i would like to upgrade or downgrade to any version...wherein my memory card can store any game and play it.....can u pass me on the link for upgrading
