3.90 Update

I'm trying to update my PSP from 3.55 (i think) up to the latest 3.90 but when i do so it seems to crash on please wait? Can anyone confirm that it's crashed or if it just takes a while to load up due to the large jump between 3.5 and 3.9?

Are you on official or custom firmware.

Custom Firmware and I think its 3.52.

check it in system settings and if its 3.52 m33, update to 3.52m33-3 and then to 3.90m33
