There is actually a popsloader version that includes a program that will merge multi disk games into one eboot, especially for games like Metal Gear Solid, where you can't save before the disc swap.

Default Popsloader - Can it change discs?

Does it merge them from seperate Eboots to one or from iso files to one Eboot?

It combines the two ISOs of the the two discs to make one eboot. Once you get to the end of the first disc, you just press home, then choose "change disc"

Or if you have 2 separate eboots for each disc, once youre done disc 1 and you save, just start up the disc 2 eboot. If the Game ID and Save ID are the same for both eboots

Very well said.

Also, I meant home, not select, sorry about that.

I don't think you understood fully what I was asking. I know I haven't been a member of this site very long, but I know a decent amount. I had downloaded popstation before but I guess it was a bad copy cause I downloaded it again today and it works fine. In Metal Gear Solid you can't save your game before you switch discs, so you have to make one eboot. I just wondered if there was a way to merge the two eboots that I already had, instead of re copying the games to my computer in bin cue format just to make one eboot. Which is what I ended up doing, because I'm fairly sure there is no way of merging 2 eboot files. Thanks for the help though.

You can use popstrip(Takes ISO from EBOOT) and then do it..

What was the problem then? Did you already delete the ISOs? But okay, glad you got it figured out then.

Also, I asked the same question once, so thats why I was trying to help you.

Suprised the search feature didn't return any results.
