Is that able to Downgrade the firmware?
Or is it
Able to update to custom Firmware?


How safe is either operation (likely hood to damage of break psp)?

upgrading to a cfw i recomend but either way u have a chance to brick ur psp but upgrade also do u have a pandora and mms
