help!psp hanged while hard modding!

i tried hard modding my psp with a pandota batt created through cfw stlye
and a mms created from cat's team easy creater.i slot the both of it into my psp ,it successfully loaded and out comes the menu . i pressed X to install
3.80 m33 . and it hanges after loading some stuffs! this is what happened..


loading updater modules... OK
formatting flash0...OK
formatting flash1...ok

right after all tis it stopped! the wlan and memory stick stopped flashing like
it was dead ! i tried it lots of times but its still the same
i need help terribly! could it be the batts problem or the mms problem?
please help me ty!

well, u wanna make sure that the charger is in the whole time just in case so the psp cant die...if thats not the problem, id have to guess that something went wrong during the mms installation...try using the tutorial in my signiture below to make it and see if that works.

i made another mms using sandisk 4gig ms however the same ting happens!

try out this guide. if u already have a pandora battery thn only follow the instructions on how to create a mms.

You have to use a special installation for 4gb memory sticks.

Its recommended that you use from 256MB-1gb memory stick to make a pandora battery.

u mean i cant use 4gig for mms?
wat other installations should i use ?

The problem isn't with how you're creating the MMS, if your able to boot up into the menu to install the CFW then your battery and the way your creating your MMS are fine. The problem comes from the capacity of your MS, 4Gb, because of how the flash memory is arranged on some cards, it can lead to problems when installing the CFW. I would use a smaller capacity MS and try again.

fake or real ms, 512mb-16gb... all can be make into mms... it doesnt mattery.. "Tested" ... I suggest what tomaversa said and plugin the charger so it wont die on you... if you still have problem... try using other programs to make your mms... some mms programs work better then other... i'm a big fan of catb50 v4

ya but fakes have a tendacy to fry itself or your system.but the only real dangerous fakes that do that are the 8 gigs.i know ive tested myself O.o.

so theres no other way if i fail after trying to recreate the mms?
however im pretty sure tat my sand disk 4 gig is a real 1
wat capacity of storage is the best for mms?

u need 512 mb- 2gig

i've made the mms stick out of a 4g sony brany stick, and I had no issues a tall with it

i tried making the mms again and agan and tried with different psp
