stuck 3.51 m33-4

so i got 3.51 m33-4
and im trying to go to
4.01 m33-2
but i heard u had to have at least 3.81 to upgrade to 4.01
but it wont let me get to 3.81 unless i got 3.52
and when i try and get to 3.52 it either doesn't load at all
or says this update doesn't apply

you need to be on 3.52, and you're probably running 3.52 update 4, which is why it's saying it doesn't apply, make sure you install 3.52M33, not 3.52M33-4.

Make sure your kernel is 3.51 (or 3.52 when on that) when doing this as well.

If your trying to go to 4.01m33,you need 3.52m33-4 or higher to continue to 3.71m33,3.80m33,3.90m33 & 4.01m33.Once your on 3.80m33 you can do a net update to 4.01m33.So to update,go to 3.52m33-4,then to 3.80m33 & then net update to 4.01m33.Here is a tut.

the problem is
i cant upgrade to 3.52 m33
most of the time it will just shut off
when it does try to work it
says this update doesn't apply

Yes because you're using an update 4 from 3.52.

you cannot go to 3.51 m33-4 to 3.52m33-4, you need to go to 3.52M33, then update 4.

So you're running the 4th update to a firmware you're not on.

download 3.52M33, (with the 1.50/3.52 update) and install it, then install update 4.

or just create a pandora's battery.

i took this

took the m33 creator and put it in ms0/psp/game
then took this
RapidShare: Easy Filehosting
and put it also in the m33 creator folder
then when i tried to run it
it does the psps gameboot and stalls the till the psp shuts off
all files from

you also need 150.pbp

where do i put the 150.pbp?
i tried in and out of the m33 creater folder
and alwasy the same problem
does the PSP game boot and freezes tehre then shuts off
can i go back to 1.5 then up to 3.52m33?

This was in the link I put up for you just follow the directions.If it doesn't work,google 1.50 recovery for psp & recover back to 1.50 then go to 3.52m33.Use the link I gave you & all the files are there.I read your post again & you put the creator in game when it suppose to go in game150 folder.

Installation for an OE/M33 firmware
Installing 3.52 Custom Firmware on an OE or a M33 PSP:


o Copy the folder 'M33CREATOR' to the directory; 'X:/PSP/GAME150/' on your PSP's memory stick.
o Download the official 3.52 update: PSP Downloads | PSP 3.52 Firmware Update and rename to 352.PBP.
o Copy the 352.PBP to the directory; 'X:/PSP/GAME150/M33CREATOR/' on your PSP's memory stick.
o Download the official 1.50 update: RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting and rename to 150.PBP.
o Copy the 150.PBP to the directory; 'X:/PSP/GAME150/M33CREATOR/' on your PSP's memory stick.
o Execute '3.52 M33 CREATOR' under GAME on your PSP.
o Then execute '3.52 M33UPDATE' under GAME on your PSP.
o Once finished, press X.
o Have fun on 3.52 Custom Firmware!

or you could use the winstaller Winstaller UPDATE 10-14-07

once this is done format your memstick to give you the folders needed
