i want to upgrade

hello I am kind of new to this whole thing and its been awhile since i did this stuff so maybe someone could help me out, I have 3.03oe-c on now and i want to go to 4.01m33 but i dont know how looked through the help section but didnt find what I needed. can someone help me out?

Once your at 3.80m33 you can do a network update that will give you 4.01m33
