Error 80020148 on 4.01 m33-2

Hey everyone, I'm running a PSP Slim (GoW edition if that matters).

Custom Firmware DAX 4.01 m33-2. I've set my firmware version to 1.50 in the recovery menu and disabled both options in the advanced config. Also have it set to Sony NP9660 no umd under UMD mode.

I cannot seem to run hardly any homebrew apps. I keep getting the error stated in the title. I'm certain I'm doing something wrong, and I'd be happy if someone could help me.

Anyone have any thoughts?

try setting it to m33 driver

You should enable the 1.50 plugin, some homebrew applications can only run on 1.50 FW.

or maybe corrupted file or fake memory card

Do you have the 1.50 kernel installed...? Even if it is uninstalled, the option of 4.01 and the 1.50 kernel will still be there, but it wont work...

1.50 is enabled. the 1.50 addon is only for the phat psp. I'm running slim.

You have a Slim and a Slim PSP cannot run any 1.50 Kernel homebrew without the aid of Timemachine or ELoader.Either get one of those or find homebrew coded for the 3.XX kernel.Also the 1.50 Kernel addon is NOT for Slims.

Oh ok... I've only had experience with the phat psp, and i don't really know much about the differences between the slim and phat...
