i need some help putting a custom theme on my psp

i have modded my psp all the way up to version 4.01 m33-2 and i want to put a custom theme on it . i have spent hours trying to get this to work . i just need some help to find out what im doing wrong. btw i reily wanted the xbox 360 theam. im a newb to the psp modding sceen . but i have modded a nintendo wii. ;]

get cxmb 3.2.1 and put it in ur ms root
go to consolespot.net and go to xmb
download ut theme and if its a ctf then put it in ur themes folder
if u dont have one go to ur ms root then psp then create a folder called THEME and ur done.
