Is PSP 3000 Hackable Yet?

Is the PSP 3000 fully able to install CFW on yet? Could someone kindly update me on the situation with PSP 3000's?

Is this method fully compatable with PSP 1000 and 2000 as well? or do those still require pandora?

I wouldn't say "fully hackable", because you can't do anything permanent to it. But there -are- a couple alternatives. 5.03 CheckHEN R2 with GEN-A (FULL) on a PSP 3000 allows you to play homebrew, iso/cso, emulators, and other things. BUT DON'T BE A PIRATE. Pirates are not welcomed here. Lol. Here's another small tip: DON'T TOUCH THE FLASH0, OR YOU WILL DEFINATELY GET A BRICK.

The thing is, these alternatives are temporary. If you shut off your PSP, it will revert back into Official Firmware. I suggest putting it in Sleep Mode when you're done using your PSP. That way you'll still have the temporary Custom Firmware when you turn it back on. I don't have links to post, but look around the site. There's quite a few of them with easy tutorials.

Oh, i get it. Thanks. No, im not a pirate, and im not really new, im just back. I used a MMS and Pandora's battery back before my PSP 2000 got stolen.

You're welcome. Thing is, MMS and Pandora's battery don't work on a PSP 3000. And I don't think it ever will, any time soon. Another thing, if you don't like GEN-A (FULL) you can always use CFW Enabler v3.(forgot the latest version number) with ChickHEN R2. It does the same thing, but I think it may be a better choice. Not quite sure, to be honest. I myself have GEN-A (FULL) and it works perfectly fine for me.
