Exclamation custom firmware

i was upgrading to 5.50gen-a from m33-6 and my psp died in the middle of it
now my psp wont go into recovery mode

when i start it up with a normal battery in it tries to read from the ms (flashes orange a bunch) and then it will boot up to the part right before the bootsound would start(the screen goes up in brightness to times) then it will sit there for a few seconds then turn off..

i just want to know of its only my flash 0 that's corrupt?
i have a Pandora battery but i cant make a magic memorystick magic because i cant use my psp to read the card

I'm gonna try to make a magic mms when i get a card reader but i just want to know if its my flash that's corrupted

Perma-brick means you can't fix it with a reflash. Like bricking a 3000 would be considered a perma-brick.
