Help updating to GEN C
Hi guys ive updated to 5.50 GEn B-2 but cant seem to update the Gen C. When i select the installer file the screen goes blank and then the PSP turns off. any ideas?

Fuck GEN-C.Update to GEN-D then to GEN-D2.i think GEN-C can be skiped

i just tried this mate. same problem. can see the uppdater in the mem stick in the psp but when i select it nothing happens. am i doing something wrong? i paced the 550.PBP in root. anything i need to chane in recovery mode? |

do you get a black screen? and yes C can be skiped but it is recommended to update from B2 then D then D2

I know you say you are on B-2 at the moment, but, just a shot int he dark, make sure it says Full next to it, there were some problems going around trying to update to c, and/or, d,d-2 if you didn't have the newest Gen-B2 Full.
If you do, pardon my ignorance, and lets hope X can help ya! |

Ok put the GEN-D installer in psp/game/Update and run it off a MMS with pandora. other then that i'm at a loss

i think ive messed up big time. i went into recovery and selected the run with pandora battery. now the psp isnt switching on but the green light is on ARRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH |

Take the battery out, plug the psp into the charger, Hold R while you turn it on to get back to recovery mode. Put the battery back in and then switch the option back to run with normal battery...  I beleive is how it goes! |

congrats yo just bricked your PSP now you need a pandora and an mms to unbrick it
