theres one last idea. backup your stuff. Format your card. now only copy hellcats recoevry to teh stick and the OFW 5.00 PBP to the root of the stick and attempt a last time reflash. its possible atm the Filesystem's corrupt for your stick atleast. and when your reflashing its reading the pbp and M33 files incorrectly. OR the internal MS reader in teh PSP is going bad.

but if your NAND is wearing out. well nothing you can do on your own short of as i said flashing OFW then sending it to Sony.

if the NAND is corrupt there are plenty of homebrew fixes for it, but if the psp has constantly had things installed over and over again on the flash, there could be a chance its read/write life is almost at the end

doubt it's that/ as my friend has hardly used his psp, never even modded it before i had it. and i think i upgraded all the way to 5.00 m33-6, reflashed to 1/.50, and back to 5.00 m33-6. I'm sure it requires much more than that..

btw someone on another forum said, he thinks its either NAND or IDSTORAGE problem. hw can i check that? ( btw he suggested checking the keys(?)for NAND, and using a UMD to check with IDSTORAGE).(i get the UMD, but dont understand the checking the keys part for NAND) im also quite confused- Cael says if my NAND is gone, its gone, but u say i can fix it? how can i check if its ok?

for fixing keys use that function in PSP Tool for what both what i said and ealier mentioned about fixing the nand he's refeering if the nand is just corrupted . im talking as if the nand flash memory cells (the hardware) are wearing out.

dude. maybe the games youre trying to play require 5.55 and 6xx? if they do then most often than not (even when patched) its not gonna work on 5.00m33-6.
