Ok, so I still have some questions that I havnt seemed to be able to find.

First, I currently have 5.00m33-6 installed on my psp currently

I have heard of the GEN firmwares, and I'm wondering if I should change to that firmware.

Also what are the differences between my current firmware, and the GEN firmwares.

I was wondering, basicly just compatibility wise, the difference was. Couli still run cxmb, irshell, ps1 games that I have backed up, ect.

you can, but there are some bugs. compatibility on 5.00 m33-6 is way better then gen, and as far as the new games, you can use the game decypter then eboot patcher and play all new game on 5.00 m33-6
