I still dont know what the problem is and that makes me sad, because I bought the pandora battery and now it doesnt work.

Yes, i'll describe it to you. Ok, turn off the psp fully. I.e hold the power button for 5 seconds. Then restart it, but hold the right trigger at the same time. so, hold the power and the right trigger button, you'll be in recovery mode. Scroll down to configuration and press X on it. Scroll to game homebrew folder, and press X. Change the setting to 1.5O Kernel. Now scroll to umd mode and change it to "sony np966O - No umd" by pressing X. Go back to the main menu and exit the main menu. DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR PSP BY THE POWER SWTICH. It will restart when you exit the main menu, now start your game. Done.

I try to play Maddan 10, but I also have Tekken, Final Fantasy and Need for Speed. It doesnt start (error code), but the start picture and the music appears as a preview.
Maybe my Costum Firmware is the wrong one?!

I think Maddan 10 needs to be decrypted and patched to play, but if you have firmware 5.50 GEN D2 you don't need to.

put 550.pbp to the root of the memory stick, like it said do

Could you probably explain how the folders should look like in detail?

Now while installing 5.50 Gen D it suddenly stops and the psp is off
