So, how do downgrade from the 3.50 M33 firmware and I want to go back to 1.50 or whatever the original that Sony had, because whenever I try to play dome of the new umd disc games it says it can't be played and DADADA, pls help!? Thanks |

Please don't spread misinformation.
"Game could not be started" can mean several different things. You might need to install the 1.5 kernel if you're on a Phat, LEDA if you're on a Slim, or you might need to change your UMD Mode to M33.
At any rate, it will tell you an error number which you can then Google to see if there is a fix for it. There likely will be considering all the possible error numbers have been documented.

Im thinking Dark Alex will, maybe when Sony release OFW 5.50.
Atif-Simply make the ISO folder in the root of your memory stick, put the ISO's in there, and then go into Recovery Menu and switch your driver to "NO UMD." | |

I ordered a MMS and pandora battery from the shop here, just a quick question
I have a 1000 series PSP, does it matter which official firmware it's using to install CFW?
I can't play any of the games I bought since I need to update my firmware but i'm cautious of updating in case it screws with the custom firmware later on... | |

1000s can be flashed regardless of the firmware. The firmware installed has absolutely zero impact on the psp's ability to enter service mode with a pandora battery. | |
