this lil ditty that i found can remove the PSP logo on gameboots... (What I always wanted)
and you can edit your very own text instead of SONY COMPUTER ENT etx... on start up!

For sure, it works with 3.03 OE-C
may have a problem with others

    Instructions:

-Use RCOedit.exe which is included in the pack, choose the
    opening_plugin.rco.
    -Choose tex_psp_logo and click replace.
-Choose the bmp you like (has to be exact same size and 256 colors)
-After you've done that, it saves automatically, so flash it to vsh/resource.

To remove the PSP logo on the gameboot, follow the steps about tex_psp_logo and just fill it in all black!
the PSP logo is now gone... fullscreen without PSP logo gameboot!

Editing the Sony Computer Entertainment Logo:
Do the same steps, but with txt_logo <--- Easy to do in Paint Program.

    Special thanks to:

RCO Icon Editor (by ZiNgA BuRgA)

press Extract and open that with paint or any other simple program and
paint it all black and add your own txt and font...
then replace with the new one...
    easy really easy...
