Well, I'm working on a V for Vendetta theme and my Icons strangely won't appear correctly when I flash them to my PSP.

You can see that the icon doesn't display the top black bar in this pic:

It doesn't display the top left corner in most of the others:

I have the Alpha 1 Channels set correctly too.
    Any help?

Check the "visibility" of the icons with RCO Editor. You know it has a "Dimensions" and a Visible check box as well. try to make your icon 'smaller' than the "visible" resolution.

Also remember to leave "4 pixels' of space on your "RIGHT" and "bottom" sides, of it'll get cut off.

About the top left corner I have no idea why is happening, BUT my only guess is the icon itself has that side missing.

The icons don't have that corner missing, and I have the visibility set to 64x64 I'll try to make it smaller like you said, I'll let ya know the results.

Here is how it SHOULD display:

And the broken corner ones should display like so:

PS: The icon with the top cut off is the only one like that.

EDIT: If I set the icon shadow as the same icon that might help, I'll try it and let ya know.

I made the icon myself and it gets cutt off the same way, also I get transparency inside the icon itself, the image is messed up. thats why your having this problems. I think you cropped it bad, you konw like when you use the "magic wand" to select things .. And then you just move them to another "image" and some pieces are left behind.. That might have happened.

Hmmm, I'll try remaking the screwed up icons from the original pic I got it from.

EDIT: Hey man, thanks for your help. I accidentally checked off the box under Option > Make first color transparent, which I presume made the top let pixel color transparent until it changed.

Yeah, thanks man. I'm also gonna make another set of icons, but I won't make sub icons because I hate subicons. I don't know why though. I only like top Icons.
