Default Easy Guide to Making Your Own Custom Coldboot/Cintro

wow...i made this without thinking i guess...it wasn't meant to stop people from requesting from brittany (and like that will happen...she makes f-ing awesome ones). I don't want people to argue over this though...it's information. If people want to use it then they will, if they don't...that's fine too. It wasn't exactly a secret either...it wasn't on THIS site, so i made it...it was original and wasn't STEALING SOMEONE ELSE'S THREAD like you pirate (no offense either, but you're being an ass to me and i don't even know you)...if this offends people then i'm sorry , that wasn't my intent (especially to mime and brittany, you guys do awesome work and it's for no return or anything...i truly admire you two). I just found out how to do it and will probably update it as i learn more about it too...

p.s. what's the difference between cintro and coldboot??? lol, i still have some noob in me...

Yeah man, that's what my thread was too. I didn't want anyone to argue over it.
I never stole her thread, I made a different one. People make threads all the time for sigs... But, your mistaken, I'm not being an ass to you. I'm sorry you see it that way, that's not what was intended.
I was having people be an ass to me though, no one knew me, no one said much to me until I made that thread.
"f this offends people then i'm sorry , that wasn't my intent (especially to mime and brittany, you guys do awesome work and it's for no return or anything...i truly admire you two)." What I'm about to say isn't an insult here. I felt the same way, and I even posted that, more than one, and people still attack me... Idk, I am bit tired of it, people just attack someone for making another thread.
I figured it would be okay, Julie told me to make it... If I had known that people would've cared, I wouldn't have made it. I've apologized, I don't actually know what else to do around here. People are seriously, just trying to be mean to me. It got to where my only other option was to retaliate, and be an ass to some people, but that's not what I wanted out if it.
It's gotten to the point where I don't care much anymore. I posted in Brittany's thread just to **** with her, but, that's not who I am. I don't have any power, or any strength coming to me from being a total ****. I'm sorry I ****ed shit up for you guys I guess. I just never expected that, I suppose.

And, A coldboot is the image you see when you boot up your PSP. The CIntro is a video you see after the coldboot, but while booting up(or if you've disabled coldboot, then, it's a movie you see on boot up.) It's the same format as a gameboot, only it can be any length, because, it is ran off of the memory stick, instead of out of flash memory.

lessons learned:
1) don't be an ass to retaliate against people, it will get you nowhere...
2) think before you speak...
3) a cintro is the video in the beginning, lol

naw...i'm not too hurt at all, no biggie...lol, haven't said that in a while...

i'm a newbie here but i think what stef is doing is great. he shares his knowledge with other people. & even "The Queen Of Coldboot" herself think it doesn't matter. cause everyone want to have their own creation. i see what you guys been arguing is about 'superiority'. PSPMOD build to help all PSP owners. remember that. we're a community. every member of the community can have their own thoughts wether you like it or not. as long as it helps people i think it's fine

wow i haven't seen this in a while....and i think i forgot bro...lol! when i get on tonight i can find it out but it's been so long since i've made a coldboot...maybe if anyone else can answer his question....Pirate? Brittany? Mime? lol...we need you! try pm-ing any of these people...i'm pretty sure you just put the image inside the box and just crop it...you can get an image and resize it to the size of the box...but you should ask them still...they are the pros.

gameboots are a yes for me...cintros should work i don't see why they wouldn't...maybe it's cuz of the new folders in the flash? like you can't see the gameboot.pmf file in the resource but it's there...you just copy it over and it will ask you to overwrite. cintros should be no different. if you're thinkin of updating to either of these then try going with 3.52 m33 cuz 3.71 isn't much different...it has the ability to use ptf themes and it's 3.71, that's about it. 3.52 has sick ass themes...it would be cool if you made a thread with all the cool 3.52 themes...like silk dream and applecore...i love silk dream.
