I don't know man. I'm not trying to sound mean, but everyone who knows how to make them, found out on thier own. Look around, find out how to do some other stuff, and apply your own knowledge. I don't expect to see too much help. I like making them, and I don't want to have to stop, and Brittany could end up stopping too, if everyone knew how to make them, then what would the few people who do know how do?
You seem like your pretty noobish too, as in, you don't even know how to access the flash memory...
Do you have a custom firmware PSP?
If you do, then you can just go to recovery mode, advanced, toggle (flash0).
If you don't have a custom firmware PSP, then your first step is to downgrade...

There are a few tutorials around that you can check out. I'll try to find you some links in a few minutes.

But Basically, you open the RCO you want to edit in RCO Editor and inject your customizations that you made. Then you reflash it to your PSP.
TO access your flash, boot into recovery(Do a hardboot and holddown R)
The go to Advanced > Toggle USB Flash0. Be sure to back up your files and do some extra research before messing with them, as they can cause semi-bricks, and especially only keep to the Resource folder as they are easily recoverable files, where as other folders contain files that can Perma Brick you.

Why would you horde your knowledge if you know how to do this? I'm sure your psp wouldn't be doing what it does without help from many other hard working individuals. custom firmware comes to mind?

True, but I have learned how to make all my own customizations by myself....I didn't have any tutorial or help from someone else when I wanted to make a coldboot or a battery or a volume or w/e...
But, now I need to learn more, so I suppose I'm all for it.
Funny how your perspective changes in times of need.
