3.52 M-33 XMb Theme Problem

hey i was wondering is it possible to convert themes that were for 3.40 oe-a to 3.52 M-33

i have alot of themes for 3.40 oe-a and there is no good ones i can find for 3.52.
M-33 so if it were possible to convert them would someone pls tell me
