just copy the files over to where they need to be. Dont copy over the whole folder, that would be bad. You should find in the files you downloaded something like Flash0\vsh\resource and then a bunch of .rco files. Just copy/paste them over. Do teh same with all the rest of the files you downloaded. And ALWAYS unmount your psp before pulling the plug. ALWAYS!
A theme should rarely give you a full-brick unless you copied the folder over instead of the files.

Default HELP! how to install a custom theme on 3.52 m33

i took a look at the folders in the zip file. there is a dic folder there. other guys in this forum told me to delete the dic folder in flash0 to make room for themes. i'm a bit confused now. should i ignore that dic folder in the zip file?

btw all the files in the dic folder are 1byte.

edit: i installed the theme. it works fine. thx again for the replies.

getting rid of the DIC folder fees up lots of space for big custom themes

did you back up the flash0? If so you can put the original opening_plugin.rco back into the vsh\resource folder.
I think its the opening_plugin.rco, but thats just and educated guess.
