Hey DJ,

Its a PSP plugin called:

SVCapture05

It takes screenshorts of your psp and also ".gif " of your psp as well (thats what your refering too) it takes forever to record though so go slow while you do.

Install the plugin, then enable it in recovery mode. and take screenshorts or videos..
