How to make a .PMF file for Gameboot/Coldboot

Thanks for the link and the help, but do you know what's happening with the coldboot? I installed everything correctly, and I have made the pmf perfectly, but when I try to run the coldboot, it just gives me a black back-lit screen. The gameboot works just fine, though...

PS: I have version 3.40

I followed the tutorial step by step and cannot get it to work I tried a different method, I downloaded the video from youtube and it converted it to avi then used virtual dub to save it again (compressed I didn't know if theres a specific codec to use) and I was able to get it in the UMD tools, but it wouldnt encode or play. When I tried it the other way converting the flv to and avi then splitting it and stuff it wouldn't even go in the UMD Tools.

Edit: Ok so I found a way to download the video as an AVI file then I used WinMenc to save in two files then I added them to UMD becuase there was no reason to use Virtual Dub and when I did use it and compress it with something it wouldnt add to UMD, I then tried to play them in the UMD thing and they wouldnt play, but I was able to encode and multplix or w/e them, wouldnt play on the windows PMF player or PSP what did I do wrong?

Had to do some file hunting haha, but in the end this tut was great. Straight forward and I now have a new coldboot !!!

Thats because you have a newer version of WINMenc.Look for an older one.
