i can't seem to change the speed even by putting in ms values

You wasted your time. There's a generator, that combines it all, then gives you a little IMG code to use. Check it out: Userbar Animator - Animate Your Userbars!

It also has some cool effects for your userbars.

I see the animated gif trend taking place - You might find this useful, I do.
It converts AVI files in to Animated Gifs.
AudioVideo_To_Exe.exe - FileFront.com

It does a lot of conversions but I only use it for AVI to GIF. I think this is a demo version so you are limited to size or length of files. Doesn't matter, I confirmed it works with 30 second AVIs and gifs or smaller which is more than useful for most things, especially sigs.

I'd love to see what you guys can do with it, like put animations in your sigs from your favorite anime or something.

Don't forget, once it's an animated gif, you can take it in to the gimp or photoshop and edit each frame (adding your static C4Ds or what ever).

Its good, but do you blur your text? because it seems really hard to see.
