quick tip: "Text Glow"
2 layers of text.
layer 1 (bottom layer) Set to Normal and add Gaussin Blur 1.0 or 1.2
Layer 2 (top layer) Set to Overlay, Normal settings.
this kinda makes the text have a neon glow to it that looks better then having to go into blending options and set neon glow...
give that a try to make your Text look better
