this is how i make renders. Theres probably a easier way out there.
1. crop the pic so its basically the render.
2. lasso tool big chunks out.
3. magic wand around the body. takes a while. | |

yuppers, there are 2 girls in there, Kari sweets on the Right and there is a pic of a Nude girl with butterfly wings from a tattoo below the Danzig Skull... I dropped the Nude part out so i can use it without kids freaking out...
My method to do it, you must have a steady hand and know the UNDO hotkey.
I just cutout the pic i want, then I select the big chunks that i don't need and delete, then I zoom in so far that I can still make out the picture but not have a headache and use the eraser tool and brush as close as i can around the pic that i want...that pretty much the basic of what i do, sometimes I just blend... | |

Quick Mask.
Magic wand it, then go into quick mask, and paint what you want separated from what you want left out.
