I think better w/o sharpen.
Also, maybe put some more shades of red and orange in there.

a bit less sharp yea. but i would actually say less red and orange in there.
seems like theres not alot of contrast color wise in it and it would probably help it out alot.

I'd blur the Sharpen around the render. So, it seems to bring out your render's focal. The whole thing sharpened is ok, but would be a little better with the blur.

Chaos, How old are you? I don't want that to sound stalkerish, its just that your Banner's are really great, and maybe it came with experience, so I was just wondering. (if your wondering, I'm 15 July 24th- which has pasted, a few days ago)

So but still there is still alot for him to learn and he only being 16 he can still learn alot. Tutorials just help teach too. Im sure he will be great one day

I am 16. And yeah, I may be following tutorials, but that's how you learn. I no longer need tutorials to make sigs in GIMP. But now I have also have PS CS2. So, until I'm comfortable with Photoshop, I will keep following tutorials. =]

you do tutorials until you don't need them anymore to create what you envision.
