Yeah i know it's bad, but it's my first time ever using a brush

Brushes...err.. well please use constructive criticism

Erase the brush/stock/c4d or whatever that is over your render.

It looks like you messed with the opacity level of the render. Don't do that.

I usually do it to make it blend.

Because I'm not quite good at all at making sigs :\

if ur tying to make the render blend into the background more, duplicate the render layer and put a gaussian blur on one layer and move the one that is not blurred above it.

ALSO! Does anyone know why my brushes wont work normally just on the first pre-set thing when you click the brush tool.

I click and the history says it's been brushed, but nothing appears. I have to use the second option and use a color overlay to change the color.

Thanks! The real problem for me is finding the brushes, it's the worst!

lol cool stuff Bewood, but try not to focus so much on the brushes.
when i first started making sigs id just use a shit load of brushes that id find and yea they came out alright but im better now and i barely use any brushes aside from the default ones in photoshop

Smudge <3. I only use default brushes for smudging..

lol its a mixture of lighting techniques, slight smudging, c4d use, and color correction.

i haven't really posted any of the sigs ive done in other styles on here, I have a lot of vector based ones as well.
