[RELEASE] Ultimate Blue IV for 3.80M33

This theme has been around for ages and its abouttime someone converted it for 3.80m33. Anyway, I thought I'd have a go a making this theme for 3.80 M33. Its been fairly successful, but at the same time still needs a lot of work. The took the wave and opening video from "Large Original Blue Neon 3.80 M33" and I made the topmenu_icon from scratch and edited the 3.52m33 wallpaper.

The most obvious fault so far is that the sub icons dont show up under settings and network. I dont know why.

anyway im going to call this v0.1 (even though some pro will probabl come around sometime soon and convert this them but meh..in the mean time you can use this one..)and if you can help me with this in anyway please post your ideas. Screenies:

i dont mean to hijack this thread, but because its a 'ultimate' theme it might be ok.
About 6 months ago robs1968 made the ultimate green for 3.52m33-4, and was supposed to release it for 3.71m33. ive checked the psp-hacks/custom theme releases EVERY SINGLE FREAKING DAY for it, and he still has not released it. Is it possible to recolor the ultimate blue for 3.80m33 green with having only the two icon rcos, or do you need the actual 16bit image?

You will need the images.

Just use rcoeditor to extract the images, open them in photoshop and set the Hue to green. Replace the images of the rco with the green ones and youre done.

drew00629, I did a full complete and updated conversion of my ultimate blue theme to 3.80 M33. The version in this thread is no way near a full converted release.

Hey there, i put this theme on my PSP, but the icons under the category Network and Settings doesnt work. Everything else work though.
