Default Background editor?

I've seen a program for changing your background. I also see a much easier way on rockstars GTA LCS website. Couldn't I just do whats on thier website to a diff image than thiers. I was also wondering if that program can be used on 2.50/2.60?

any image in your photo folder can be used as you background, and you can take them off any website with the browser, you wouldn't need the program for that.

any firmware ABOVE 1.52 can use the feature to edit your background. Be it ANY photo in your PHOTO folder.

Default Background editor?

The 2 ms stick approach was used to run homebrew on 1.5 prior to the kexploit. You NO LONGER need to use 2 ms, you still can but you can achieve the same result using kexploit or any similiar tool. (Sei PSP tool, etc).
