my 3d BMW i'm workin on

here is a BMW frame that i made using lightwave 9.0. my teacher has given me a 7 out of 10. everyone else in the class is still making shit like pots and pans and getting 9's and 10's, he must think i've used the program before and i should do better or something, but actually this is my first semester using it just like everyone else in the class, only i took the time to watch hours of tutorials and spend hours instead of minutes making my object. i am pissed.

Art is subjective, don't take it personally. When your classmates are working at Wendy's and you're doing what you love you'll be glad you put in the work. And remember those that can't "do", teach. lol

i really like maya, expecially the fact that you can model with NURBs, but we have have to use lightwave for the class i'm in.

it IS kinda boring, but it is my first time, and it is still a work in progress. i have already turned in my storyboard for the animation and in the end it hopefully won't be too boring. i'll put it on youtube or something when it's finished and then i'll post a link.
