i cant believe how much has changed since the last time i was on the this site...
i dont know where to begin. All i know is that i have firmware 3.OE-C (which was the newest thing out back when i was regularly on this site). Now everybody has M's after their firmware names.
I can figure out how to upgrade, thats not the issue. Can these new custom firmwares allow you to customise your coldboot, xmb sounds, and themes just the same as before?

thanks.its ancient now, and there's loads of better mods than mine.
im using this one now though:

does anyone know if the new firmware allows you to mod the firmware in recovery mode like before? I dont really want to learn a new way...

You still have it? Or did you re-paint it blue? And how/where did you learn to paint/mod it like that? I don't mean to take over your thread, but I'm just curious. And as for the Recovery CFW modding, do you mean flash0? If so, then yes.
