there are different ways,
I use Photoshop... some people use GIMP..
easy really, just make whatever picture you like 480x272 and stick it on your psp...

I make wallpapers with photoshop. Using a resolution of 480x272 with some good brushes and good effects, you can create a very good wallpaper.
