    Will work for CFW versions 4.01m33-X, 3.90m33-X, & 3.71m33-X

    WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT to that right!?!!?!

With this you can edit ANY of the themes with the EXTRA waves &
gameboots I supplied, just decompile the CTF & add the new mods
you want & re-compile the CTF, a tutorial is included.

The CXMB Plugin v 3.2.1 Plugin is Extra just incase, it is included
in the VERY 1st MS0 Folder.........

Now the wpchanger120 is what I think is one of the BEST Plugins
ever made... Made by:---==> HELLCAT <==---
    This will do the following:
    • Two modes of operation: "Everytime" and "Once per day" (see readme for details)
    • You can set special, predefined images for a specific date (again, check readme)
    • change the XMB background *BEHIND* the waves (a.k.a. 01-12.bmp) - WITHOUT writing to flash!
    • Randomizing/Changing of PTF themes
    • Randomizing/Changing of gameboot
    • Randomizing/Changing of XMB waves
    • Randomizing/Changing of XMB font

This PSP CFW plugin comes with two PC based (Windows) tools!
They are for converting images into fitting wallpaper .BMPs or
proper 01-12.bmp replacements. These tools take a lot
different file formats at any resolution and spit out the proper
file with a single mouse click. That should make/convert
wallpaper or wave paper images a lot more easy, esp. the
wave papers (01-12.bmp replacement). These tools take care
of everything Check the separate README in the PC_Tools
    folder for more details

INSTRUCTIONS/ README INCLUDED IN RAR FILE...

Some homebrew will require you to use this, you probably will

Again if you use the wallpaperchanger prx then it will randomize
all gameboots for a different one everytime...! WOOOT
