the clean arrows looks a lot better... i'd say maybe fade the blending on the figures... they kinda sick out a lot..

I think the figures have too much Noise. I'd smudge them in, not Noise them. Otherwise nice job!

Thanks for your comments guys. I did work on the blending of the Gymnasts. I want a "splashing" effect though. So tell me what you think about this version.

Quick note, I am running on a 1.3 ghz Celeron with 256 RAM. So, a 100+ layer 90MB PSD is pretty difficult to work with.

That is a LOT better bro. I would just delete the noise off the gymnasts though. You will still have a splash effect.
