I'm really not imposing anyone to do these conversions but if anyone does have some free time and are willing to convert these themes I would be really happy and grateful for the one who did it.
The CTF Manager Convert no works with the CTF can you please help me?

MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service
    Can you please where Convert?
    Thanks in advance

    Greetings

a CTF is made of Flash0 files from a particular firmware, in your case 4.01. You'd need to re-mod files in 5.00. There's no particular workaround other than doing it by hand. Just out of curiosity, which theme is it?

    AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0GHz | 4GB A-Data DDR2 RAM | Sparkle Nvidia GeForce 9400GT 512MB
    Intel Core i5 M430 2.27GHz | 4GB DDR3 RAM | Intel GMA HD

I just said you can't. You need to remake the theme using files from 5.00 M33.

    Here's one: WWW.PTFTHEMES.BLOGSPOT.COM: CLANNAD V2 500M33-CTF

there is a theme updater, but themes lower then 5.00 suffer from the problem of not incorporating the PSN icon

Basically you'd have to rip the icons and background out of the theme and then photoshop some new icons to update with. I have an icon ripper but I'd have to put it on MegaUpload. I'll do it later if you actually wanna take 3-4 hours to go through all the work...
