    I need a RELIABLE website that i can buy new buttons from and new face and back plates, anyone know anywehre reliable?
    thanks.

    (it would help if they were UK based.)

    They're quick to deliver to the UK and quality is great. But ive never heard of "backplates"...

    i doubt its possible to find custom 'backs' unless its a skin. And even if you found some; replacement would involve removing the faceplate, the screen, the button connections, the motherboard and the lens. which is likely 2 wrek an brick the psp if you dunno what you're doing... TRUST me

    You can get back plates and yes you do have to remove everything but someone did this the other day at school with my mates bricked psp, as for doing it without harming the stuff inside, whether we did or not we will never know because some penis snapped it (thanks beeg), it could be done and probably has done because they sell back plates on ebay.

    ok i went to your link....but where the hell did you find the buttons and stuff..
    i couldnt.....
    how hard is it to change the buttons like you did......cause that all i want to change myself........

    ebay sells backplates, ive seen the white, black, and even clear ones

    Your not looking hard enough!

    And the buttons and faceplates are easy to change. You just unscrew 6 screws from the back of the psp, and the face and the buttons come right out. Two of the buttons are underneath the warranty sticker though...So you have to peel it off 1st.
