CPS2 Emulator !!!!!!!!

I got problems HOW DO U MAKE THIS THING WORK?I got1.66 and there's something wrong with it! I don't know what to do with the roms and if someone would tell me i would be thankful.Also i got version 1.50 and i am wondering what do i do with this(the roms) how do i make them play it( i just want to play Dimahoo...)
