Soul Reaver 1 (PSX eboot) crashes

Hello! I ve ripped my own copy of Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver (European PAL version) to an eboot with alcohol 120 and Popstation. The game works fine but at the 5th cutscene or so it just freezes. The game also plays flawlessly in my PS2 btw., but the cd has some scratches.
Anyone knows a solve for that? (it would also help if some1 had a savegame somewhere later in the game, so I could skip this scene and see if the rest of the game worls properly.

Ah, and I have tried ripping the disc again several times, even with different software, but always to the same result. (I have 3.03 OE C BTW)

Hmm- it must have been my disc, got my hands on a NTSC version of the game, ripped it- and voila- works quite good. However, the sound is a bit glitchy however and the game still freezes from time to time, but does continue after half a minute or so...

Is 3.02 OE known to have better compatibility with PSX Games? Or should I uprgade to 3.10 OE?

Because another of my old PSone Games (TruePinball) that was collecting dust on my shelf worked perfectly on 3.02 but now the sound stops frequently with 3.03..

You can get a plugin for 3.03 to loads the 3.02 popstation if it was working better for you. Its on dark alexs website I think...

Any experience with 3.10 OE Pops emulator? (I really love playing my old PSone games on the psp)

3.10 emulator is much more stable than 3.03...

Is it considered a double post if there are like 4 days between them? (Which is the case here) Because I thought that double posting would be considered as a kind of flooding.

it could be the compatability , like FF8 freezes when you make a spell and such, type on google "psp psx compatability"
