GBA emulator

My first question is: is GBA emulation always slow? I just thought it wouldn't since the graphics aren't so great. If this isn't normal, can someone give me a link to a GBA emulator? Or help me fix the one I have?

BTW I'm using the PSP VBA Port by ZX-81 GFX: WIN-WIN.

I've tried The Legend of Zelda: The Minish cap and Pokemon: Fire Red.

please tell me atleast what you typed in the search field because i can not find one for the life of me. I really wish i can play pokemon on psp without the insanely horrible lag.

some bios files dont exactly work. The first one i used crashed Yoshis Island at the intro movie and supposedly crashed metroid when you get on a lift. Get a Yoshi's island rom to check if its a good bios or not, that way you dont get screwed halfway through the elite 4 in pokemon when you forgot to save...

shit, didnt realize i double posted. Anywho...
Using the wireless in ad-hoc mode would be really nice for emulating the GBA link cable. Then i can trade my sweet pokemans to my friends!!

Yeah, if anyone wants the good bios, send me a message. It took me an hour or two of searching to find it.

Weird, I can't seem to be Gpsp working on my PSP, just freezes at the GBA menu and Im running the Custom Software.
