3.52 m33-4 seems to be the one that works the best, there are a few games that have trouble running or freezing in certain spots, but you can change the name of the game and it seems to work, do a search and see if that helps

Sorry to get in the way of a heated debate on the legality of copyrights, but my psp just happened upon firmware 3.40 OE-A, and i was wondering what steps I would take to get homebrew running on it. Step by step would be great considering im the lowest level novice. thanks guys.

I'm brand new to the world of PSP....I just got mine 3 days ago. Before I ask my question, here's a preemptive strike concerning the legal issues...I physically own every final fantasy game that is available except FF11 and FF13. Now my question is this.....I love Final Fantasy 1,4,& 6 the best and have managed to rip and convert them so that I can play them on my PC, however I found out today that it's possible to play them on my brand new PSP Slim 3.72....I downloaded the proper emu for it, formatted my memory card, and threw my converted ROMS onto the PSP in the correct folders...but when it try to start the emu on the PSP it says "This game could not be started". What am I doing wrong?

Also, the playstation emu. How's sony gonna make money off the 'playstation store' if everyone can do it for free using custom firmware? they cant. thus, emulating is stealing profits from big name company's. (Oh, fyi, never said i supported piracy. there you go playin psychic again.)
every1 can dl songs and albums from programs like frostwire and the itunes store still makes tons of money.

every1 can dl a torrent and burn it to a dvd and YET retail stores still make massive amounts of money off dvd vending

blockbuster still makes bank all over the u.s. and u can dl any movie you want on the net to watch.

pretty sure bill gates, and microsoft are sitting pretty DECENT (aka millionares), and you can E-A-S-I-L-Y dl an .iso of win2000,winxp,sp1,sp2, vista home, premium, microsoft office, etc, burn it and get a keygen off the net.

video game venders still make mad loot like eb or gamestop and you can dl any game u want strategy guides and all etc. right off the net.

finally, sony is not going to go bankrupt because a percentage of there psp consumers know how to "go around" purchasing games, software, etc. How do these "big name company's." manage to continue making money? Maybe magic....

in conclusion your stupid.
