psx problems

i just got a EBOOT from a game of psone. i installed it in the file called GAME. when i go to GAME,the Memory Stick the game wont appear. whats the problem?

do you have the key.bin file if you dont have it 3.10 oe-a' doesnt need it.

my psp is ta-082 3.03 OE-C, where do i put the files EBOOT and KEY. in the file named ISO or GAME or GAME 303?
