SNES9x TYL 0.4.2 ME - is it still the best SNES emulator?
nah not lazy, they just have little motivation to do it, maybe from comments like that? Either way I doubt we will see a New SNES emu or see this one updated anytime soon if at all. I would have my money on a newly coded one since it will give the programmer more options, if anything.
Nah, all the noobs doing lame custom junk don't take away from the programming scene. It takes a serious programmer to do an Emu, all the custom stuff is done quick with minor effort. The serious ones just need some motivation to actually do it.

well i was searching on the internet how to build a emulator for psp it takes,alot of knowing you have to know some certain codes for the system you want to emulate i think its complicated but hey it just takes time.
