I have FW 3.03 oe-c. I put my iso into the ISO folder in the root directory but everytime I try to run the game, I get a black screen, the usb red light blinks but nothing happens...any solutions?

Edit: I've tried it with "No UMD option" enabled and it gets me the black screen, but with it off it says game cannot be loaded. I've tried it with 3.03 kernel and 1.5 kernel..same thing..

Is there any other way besides putting a UMD disc in?

Make sure you have a UMD inside or try the NO-UMD function. The NO-UMD function is not compatible with all games tho so stick a UMD in there.

Try another ISO, the one you are trying might be bad.

Ive not even got that far to be honest . Every time i put an ISO file on my ms it says corrupted data . Ive tried loads that work on my friends psp of the same firmware (3.03oe-c).? I`ve even tried to use umdemulator but it even says that's corrupt(what can you do?) Ive read about Devhook but am i barking up the wrong tree?

Thanking you all

Disregard: by Jove i believe i`ve cracked it.

Nope, CSOs play in 3.03OE just like ISOs do.

ok so i deleted the update, but i found a couple sound files that are 100mb and 300mb...this game is mlb 07 the files are pxp_pm.skx and pxp.skx what are these files and what do i do with them if i wanna delete them

so clarification: if i chnaged it to .cso it wouldnt be .dax would it..meaning would it still be rlly slow?
