Problem when testing PS1 game APEescape

3.03OE-C system.
I tested two games today, RGA and APEescape.
RGA worked.
APEescape said:The analog controller has not been plugged into the controller port1. The game can only be played using the analog controller.

Then black screen, game not continue to run.

Any solution to this problem?

the psx never had analog... except for that one game, meaning ape escape is not going to work on psx since the psp doesent hace dual analog.. lol pretty self explanitory... its a compatibilit issue

psx had analog controllers, but they came out near the end of its life. Ape Escape ONLY works with dual sticks though, so you wont be playing it on the psp

o havent heard of this but cant you use the d-pad.

u use one stick to move and one to pick the direction u attack w/ the net. its impossible to do it with the d-pad and analog nub

they have ape escape on the loose for the PSP though fun game, try that
